Primary Purpose

Lebsons Pathway Advisory Academy Canada Inc. is a vibrant platform for newcomers, immigrants, and internationally educated professionals to unlock their potential, connect with community, and lead with purpose. Through inclusive mentorship, education, and advocacy, we champion equity, sustainability, and civic engagement empowering individuals to thrive and contribute meaningfully to Canada’s future.

Mentorship programs

We shall Deliver mentorship, coaching, and training initiatives that support equality, professional growth, and cultural understanding.

Our Advocacy

We shall Advocate for fair access to education, employment, and credential recognition for internationally educated individuals.

Promote Collaborations

Collaborate with public, private, and community organizations to advance civic participation and environmental responsibility.

Community Projects

We shall develop community projects that encourage well-being, sustainability, and civic engagement consistent with Canadian values and the objectives of NAICS 911320.

To support its primary purpose, the corporation may:

Establish partnerships with colleges, faith-based, and community organizations to deliver workshops, mentorship, and settlement guidance
Organize wellness and cultural awareness programs to promote mental health, resilience, and environmental consciousness among newcomers and families.
Conduct research, seminars, and public information campaigns on issues affecting newcomers and internationally educated professionals.
Raise funds, receive grants, and engage in related social-enterprise activities to sustain its educational and community initiatives.
Collaborate with organizations within and outside Canada that share similar human-rights, educational, and social-advocacy objectives.
Develop educational resources and workshops on sustainable living and environmental practices for newcomers;
Collaborate with local government and organisations to promote environmental friendly waste management practices in newcomer communities;
Host community events and festivals that celebrate diverse cultures and promote environmental awareness; and
Provide mentorship programs for newcomer youth to develop leadership skills and environmental stewardship.
